The 'Machete' actress, who also plays action role in 'Avatar', explains that she doesn't mind if her entire career is made up of girl-power moments because she knows what the alternative is.
Michelle Rodriguez is happy to be typecast. The "
Machete" actress, who is best known for playing action roles in movies such as "
Fast and Furious" and "
Avatar", believes her career consists of "girl-power" moments, which she prefers to "the alternative".
"My entire career is made up of those girl-power moments," she said. "I don't mind typecasting because I know what the alternative is. I'm trying to create roles that are the perfect balance between man and woman. The scripts are all butch b****es, all dyked out, way too hardcore - but y'know, if it's that or sucking some guy's c**k in a movie, then give me the gun, honey!"
The 32-year-old beauty believes sex and being pretty in a film has been "done" and she is looking for something more exciting. She said, "I'm not looking at what everyone else is doing. There's tons of sex and hot girls - I could do that, but it's done, stick a fork in it."
Michelle also reveals she may return to James Cameron's science fiction epic "Avatar" for the sequel, despite her character Trudy Chacon dying in the film. She told Total Film, "Jim Cameron can kill me anytime. It's a pleasure to die for him. But Jim'll tell you himself in science fiction nobody really dies. I would work with him in a heartbeat. He's so intelligent. He's like Yoda, man."
