Scream 4" actress and the 22-year-old hunk - who plays Sam Evans in the musical TV drama - were seen locking lips at the A/X Armani Exchange and 944 Magazine carnival at the Coachella Valley Music Festival in Indio, California, last weekend.
One onlooker told X17online, "Emma and Chord were really going at it. They looked like two kids, having a fun night out, letting themselves go, and really getting into each other."
As the party was getting ready to end the pair were reportedly overheard making plans to continue the fun somewhere else.
A separate eyewitness told Us Weekly, "They couldn't keep their hands off each other! They were talking about heading to a hotel pool!"

Alex Pettyfer, while Chord, 22, was rumoured to be briefly dating
Taylor Swift.
