The Lucy depicter wows the crowd at the London premiere of the Michelle Williams-starring movie by rocking a Jason Wu embroidery white top and black skirt.
Emma Watson stole the spotlight as she hit red-carpet event of "
My Week with Marilyn" London Premiere at the Cineworld complex in Haymarket. The Hermione of "Harry Potter" movie series rocked a white embellished top designed by Jason Wu with a black belt and mini skirt. To match her classy look, she neatly slicked back her short hair and applied a youthful make-up.
Watson, who portrays Lucy in the movie, finished off her look by rocking a pair of Jimmy Choo 'Greta' black suede sandals, Charlotte Olympia animal print clutch and Solange Azagury-Partridge earrings. The 21-year-old star was all smiles when posing and signing autographs for the crowd. She was joined by her co-stars
Eddie Redmayne, who donned a blue-navy suit, and
Kenneth Branagh, who opted black suit and a matching black tie.
The other cast members coming to the London screening included Toby Jones, Derek Jacobi, Geraldine Somerville and Miranda Raison.
Michelle Williams who tackled the role of the Hollywood icon, and
Judi Dench who portrays Dame Sybill Thorndike didn't attend the event though. Still, the premiere was made merry by appearances of such celebrity guests as Laura Carmichael and Elizabeth McGovern.
"My Week with Marilyn" is a drama film that chronicles a week in the life of
Marilyn Monroe in which she escapes the shackles of her Hollywood career and embraces British life with Colin Clark. The Simon Curtis-directed film is based on Clark's diaries, and is set for a limited release in the United States on November 23.
