In the newly-released trailer of the Adam Shankman-directed film, Hough is seen fainting when she accidentally meets her rock star idol for the first time outside a club.
"Rock of Ages" has got its first trailer. Centering on a famous rock star, Stacee Jaxx, tackled by Tom Cruise, the video shows how he charms a bunch of girls with his music and bad-boy persona. Directed by "Hairspray" helmer Adam Shankman, it additionally stars Russell Brand, Mary J. Blige, Diego Boneta, Malin Akerman and Alec Baldwin. The star-studded film is slated to hit theaters in the United States on June 1, 2012.
