The 'What's My Name?' hitmaker congratulates the 'Halo' hitmaker after she gave birth to her first child with Jay-Z, tweeting, 'Welcome to the world princess Carter.'
Rihanna took to Twitter to send her warm greeting to
Beyonce Knowles, who delivered a baby girl on January 7 in New York. The "You Da One" singer posted on her official micro blogging account, "Welcome to the world princess Carter! Love Aunty Rih."
Besides the "You Da One" singer, another good friend of the couple,
Gwyneth Paltrow, has also congratulated them. "Welcome to the world Blue! We love you already," the movie beauty wrote before adding, "RT @Sparrow_Teague @GwynethPaltrow is it ivy blue, or blue ivy? so confused..It's Blue Ivy Carter!"

OneRepublic additionally wrote, "Congrats Beyonce & Sean- it would seem musical royalty has just been born."

Beyonce checked into Lenox Hill Hospital on Saturday under the name Ingrid Jackson and her first child arrived via a scheduled c-section. The "Halo" hitmaker was said to have spent $1.3 million to book out the entire fourth floor of the facility.
Though a spokesperson for the musician couple hasn't announced any statement, an onlooker from the hospital has told Us Weekly that "
Jay-Z was spotted walking the hospital halls Saturday morning looking 'happy'." Beyonce's sister
Solange Knowles and parents Tina and Mathew Knowles, were also spotted at the facility with "flowers with pink balloons and silver and black ribbons."
