People's Choice Awards 2012: Miley Cyrus Shows Off Cleavage, Lucy Hale Flaunts Legs

The 'LOL' actress looks pretty wearing a deep-plunging dress when walking down the red carpet with her boyfriend, while the 'Pretty Little Liars' star is dazzling in her black mini frock.

Miley Cyrus and Lucy Hale stole attention when they arrived at the 2012 People's Choice Award on January 11. The former flaunted her cleavage in a plunging dress with draped details by David Koma, while the latter bared her toned legs in an asymmetrical Cengiz Abazoglu dress with embellished details and a sweeping neckline.

Miley hit the red carpet with her Aussie boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, who opted for a dark suit. The former "Hannah Montana" beauty completed her elegant look for the evening with Neil Lane studs. Sweeping her long blonde locks to the side, she clutched a Marchesa bag and rocked a pair of Jimmy Choo pumps.

As for Lucy, the "Pretty Little Liars" actress was seen coming solo to the star-studded event which took place at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. Looking lovely in her black ensemble, the Aria Montgomery depicter finished off her knockout look by accessorizing herself with a matching handbag and a pair of high heels.

The other stars who turned heads at the annual event included Lea Michele and Nina Dobrev. The "Glee" star went with flapper style by donning a white Marchesa Spring 2012 dress with fringe details and wearing Lorraine Schwartz jewelry. The leading lady of "The Vampire Diaries", meanwhile, looked chic in an Elie Saab green dress.

The gentlemen coming to the Wednesday event included Josh Hutcherson, Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley. The "The Hunger Games" star opted for suit with a tie. Looking more casual, the Stefan Salvatore of "The Vampire Diaries" donned a black blazer, while his on-screen brother looked sharp in a formal tuxedo.

The 2012 People's Choice Award featured live performances by Demi Lovato and Faith Hill. Hosted by Kaley Cuoco, it boasted a number of big stars as presenters including "Twilight Saga" hunk Robert Pattinson and "The Hunger Games" trio Liam Hemsworth, Josh Hutcherson and Jennifer Lawrence.
