Lea Michele and Cory Monteith Go Public With Relationship in Vancouver

Multiple eyewitnesses claim to see the Rachel Berry and Finn Hudson of 'Glee' enjoying a romantic sightseeing and having a dinner date at a Japanese restaurant during their recent trip in Canada.

Though they always play coy about their rumored budding relationship, Lea Michele and Cory Monteith were reportedly not shy to show off their romance during a recent trip to Cory's hometown in Vancouver, Canada. Multiple sources told Us Magazine that the two "Glee" stars were seen having a romantic sightseeing over the weekend.

"They've been hooking up for a while," claimed an insider. The source added that both Lea and Cory were enjoying a trip together in Vancouver on Saturday, February 25. "They stayed in a hotel, toured Grouse Mountain and went for sushi and sake. It's starting to seem a little more serious," said the source.

Us Magazine was apparently not the only one which revealed Lea and Cory's recent date in Vancouver. Life & Style magazine also offered details of the rumored couple's dinner date at a Japanese restaurant over the weekend.

An eyewitness told the mag, "They came in Saturday night for dinner. Cory is well known here because he comes in all the time." The source went on describing, "They sat at a table at the front of the restaurant in the corner. They wore hats and both ordered Ichi rolls."

"A woman recognised the pair and though they politely said that they were trying to lay low, they were still very nice to her," the source continued explaining. "No one else bothered them."

Lea and Cory, who play on-screen couple Rachel and Finn on "Glee", were first reported to be dating in 2009. At that time, however, they slammed the rumors by insisting that they were just friends. On this year's Valentine's Day, their dating rumors reemerged as they were spotted having a romantic dinner in Los Angeles.

Lea split from longtime boyfriend Theo Stockman back in September 2011. After the breakup, she admitted that if she was going to get linked romantically to any other "Glee" cast members, then it would be Cory. "For me, if it was going to happen with anybody, it would have happened with Cory," she said. "As long as I get to have scenes with Cory, it makes me really happy."
