Joe Jonas. Shooting down the rumors that she's been rekindling the flame between her and the middle member of the
Jonas Brothers, the former "Sonny with a Chance" starlet claimed that there was no truth behind the swirling gossip.
Speaking to Us Weekly while filming a promo for Acuvue's 1-Day Starts Today with Joe in Malibu, Demi stated that there is "nothing romantic" between her and Joe after their breakup in 2010. She added, "I didn't even know that was a rumor!"
Still, the former Disney star admitted that she's still maintaining a good friendship with the "See No More" singer after their infamous split. She shared, "We've been really good friends for so long. So it's been cool hanging out with him again."
Joe chimed in as praising Demi as one of the greatest people he's ever worked with. "I've been lucky to be able to work with a lot of great people in my life, two of whom are Demi and Meaghan [Martin]...It's been a while since I've seen them," so Joe gushed.
"We've all been kind of on different paths, but I see them at award shows and things like that," he added. "And any time we see them, it's like family reunion. We have catch-up time and reminisce."
Demi and Joe met while filming "
Camp Rock" in 2007. The "Skyscraper" hitmaker revealed in March 2010 that she's dating the JoBro member. Their romance unfortunately only lasted for a few months. Despite their doomed relationship, Joe once stated that he "will continue to be her friend and be there for her."
