The actor playing billionaire Eric Packer tries to convince Sarah Gadon to check into a hotel with him, but the blonde girl keeps telling him to be nice to her.
Robert Pattinson may have thousands of female fans dying to meet him in real life, but he does not easily charm one girl in his upcoming movie "Cosmopolis". In a newly released clip for the thriller, the British heartthrob tries to lure Sarah Gadon into going to a hotel with him, but she keeps giving him the cold shoulder.
"I need anything you can give me," the Edward Cullen of the "Twilight Saga" tells Gadon, but she replies, "Be nice." Just after the blonde girl says she doesn't want to continue their conversation, two men break into the eatery and yell, "A specter is haunting the world!"
In "Cosmopolis", Pattinson plays 28-year-old financial wizard and billionaire Eric Packer who tries to get a haircut at Anthony's, his father's barber, but on this day his driver has to navigate a presidential visit, an attack by anarchists and a rapper's funeral. Stuck in traffic, he anxiously monitors the value of the yen on the limo's computer, his fortune in the balance.
Gadon portrays Elise Shifrin, a girl whom Eric meets at a bookstore. Paul Giamatti, Juliette Binoche, Jay Baruchel and more also support the movie, which is directed by David Cronenberg. No release date is set just yet for the film.
