Feeling desperate after being tortured by a supernatural being, Ashley asks Tom Felton to help eliminate the horrifying presence from her home.
Though she plays an immortal vampire in the "Twilight Saga" film series, Ashley Greene is hopeless when she gets attacked by a ghost in the first trailer of her new horror film "The Apparition". The brunette beauty screams in terror after finding out that her house is occupied by a ferocious supernatural being.
Along with Sebastian Stan, Ashley can't do anything but cry and scream as she gets tortured by the ghost, which was accidentally conjured during a university parapsychology experiment. Desperate, she asks for help from Tom Felton to get the unseen creature out of her home. However, the effort is useless since the apparition is much stronger than she ever thought.
In "The Apparition", Ashley plays Kelly while Sebastian portrays her boyfriend Ben. "Harry Potter" star Tom, meanwhile, tackles the part of the supernatural expert who helps the young couple in eliminating the ghost.
The ex-girlfriend of Joe Jonas once shared to MTV about how she felt of playing a character which is an opposite to vampire Alice Cullen in the "Twilight Saga" series. She admitted, "I didn't think of it like that, but you're right! Kelly is very... human."
"Death is knocking at her door, and she is fighting for her survival," the actress added. "It was a different experience than playing an -almost- indestructible character like Alice Cullen. I had to take on a lot more loss, betrayal and vulnerability when playing Kelly."
The 25-year-old star additionally confessed that she once had a supernatural experience in her real life. "My building in L.A. is haunted," she stated. "One time, my dogs woke me up, barking, and my front door was open. I had set my alarm before I went to sleep that night, and it hadn't gone off. That was scary."
"The Apparition" will make its way out onto the U.S. theaters on August 24.
